1) Access & License
When you purchase or access a course, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view the content for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
- Sharing logins, streaming links, downloads, or course files with others is not permitted.
- Reselling, sublicensing, or publicly displaying course materials is prohibited.
- We may restrict access if we reasonably believe there is misuse, fraud, or a security incident.
2) Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

- Do not attempt to access accounts, areas, or data you are not authorized to access.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts to protect users, the platform, or our legal obligations.
3) Payments, Trials & Refunds
Payments are processed through secure payment providers. Pricing, taxes, and fees (if any) are shown at checkout. By placing an order, you authorize us (and our payment providers) to charge your selected payment method.
Refund policy
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course is completed. We may ask for basic order details to verify eligibility.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible.
- Processing times depend on your bank/payment provider.
- Chargebacks may result in account restrictions.
Subscriptions (if offered)
If the Service offers subscriptions, they renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time through your account settings (if available) or by contacting us.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.
- We may change pricing with prior notice as required by law.
4) Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service responsibly, ethically, and in compliance with applicable laws. You must not:

In any event, our total liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the applicable course(s) in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service, users, or our rights.
- Upon termination, your license to access course materials ends.
- Sections intended to survive termination (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
